Daily Horse Care Routine in Kajoor Stables

6:00 AM – Start of Day

  • Check the horse’s mood and overall condition (breathing, eyes, behavior).
  • Provide morning feed along with fresh clean water.
  • Clean and inspect hooves for stones, cracks, or heat.

7:00 AM – Stall Cleaning

  • Remove all manure and refresh the bedding completely.
  • Ventilate the stable and ensure proper airflow.
  • Organize tools and prepare the stall for a comfortable day.

8:00 AM – Exercise / Movement

  • Turnout to the paddock or walking lane for energy release and joint mobility.
  • Light exercise depending on training schedule and horse level “ask the Coach”.

11:00 AM – Midday Check

  • Refill and check water (at least 3 times daily).
  • Light grooming to remove dust, especially on the back of the horse, hot days and before saddling.
  • Quiet rest inside or outside depending on weather.

5:00 PM – Sunset Routine

  • Provide evening feed suited to each horse’s needs.
  • Quick check of the back, shoulders, and legs — especially after training.
  • Light brushing to stimulate circulation and maintain coat cleanliness.

8:00 PM – End of Day

  • Ensure the stall is clean and dry before night.
  • Refill water buckets and observe the horse’s calmness.
  • Close the day gently without disturbing the horses.
