Horse Auction Policy
For Bidders – Participating in a Horse Auction
By placing a bid on any horse listed on Kajoor Stables, you agree to the following terms:
Deposit Requirement
A refundable deposit is required to activate your bidding access.
The deposit is refunded only if you do not win the auction.
If you win, the deposit is applied toward your final payment or retained until full settlement.
Account & Eligibility
You must create an account and log in to place bids.
You are responsible for setting a password and securing your login credentials.
You confirm that you have the financial ability to complete the purchase if you win.
Bidding Rules
Bids must be at least AED 200 higher than the previous bid.
If a bid is placed near the auction end time, the auction duration may be automatically extended.
You may not cancel a bid once placed.
Defaulting
If you win the auction and fail to complete the purchase within the allowed period, your deposit will be forfeited.
Kajoor reserves the right to take further legal or platform actions against defaulting users.
For Sellers – Submitting a Horse for Auction
By submitting your horse for auction, you agree to the following terms:
Listing Review & Approval
All horses are subject to review and approval before going live.
Kajoor reserves the right to accept or reject any submission.
Required Media
A clear video of the horse trotting (trot gait) on a flat surface, moving toward and away from the camera.
At least 2–5 clear, recent images of the horse.
All media must be uploaded to Google Drive with an open shareable link.
Fees & Commission
AED 300 listing fee is required. This fee is non-refundable even if the horse is not sold.
A commission of AED 1000 is charged if the horse is successfully sold through the auction.
Auction Duration
Kajoor determines the auction schedule.
Horses remain listed for the full duration unless removed by Kajoor for any reason.
Unsold Horses
If the horse is not sold, the seller may re-list upon request and review, with applicable fees.
