Horse Auction Policy

For Bidders – Participating in a Horse Auction

By placing a bid on any horse listed on Kajoor Stables, you agree to the following terms:

Deposit Requirement

  • A refundable deposit is required to activate your bidding access.

  • The deposit is refunded only if you do not win the auction.

  • If you win, the deposit is applied toward your final payment or retained until full settlement.

Account & Eligibility

  • You must create an account and log in to place bids.

  • You are responsible for setting a password and securing your login credentials.

  • You confirm that you have the financial ability to complete the purchase if you win.

Bidding Rules

  • Bids must be at least AED 200 higher than the previous bid.

  • If a bid is placed near the auction end time, the auction duration may be automatically extended.

  • You may not cancel a bid once placed.

Defaulting

  • If you win the auction and fail to complete the purchase within the allowed period, your deposit will be forfeited.

  • Kajoor reserves the right to take further legal or platform actions against defaulting users.


For Sellers – Submitting a Horse for Auction

By submitting your horse for auction, you agree to the following terms:

Listing Review & Approval

  • All horses are subject to review and approval before going live.

  • Kajoor reserves the right to accept or reject any submission.

Required Media

  • A clear video of the horse trotting (trot gait) on a flat surface, moving toward and away from the camera.

  • At least 2–5 clear, recent images of the horse.

  • All media must be uploaded to Google Drive with an open shareable link.

Fees & Commission

  • AED 300 listing fee is required. This fee is non-refundable even if the horse is not sold.

  • A commission of AED 1000 is charged if the horse is successfully sold through the auction.

Auction Duration

  • Kajoor determines the auction schedule.

  • Horses remain listed for the full duration unless removed by Kajoor for any reason.

Unsold Horses

  • If the horse is not sold, the seller may re-list upon request and review, with applicable fees.

Packages Policy

For Customers – Booking Packages

By booking any riding package, training session, or equestrian experience at Kajoor Stables, you agree to the following terms:

Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made through our official website or approved channels.

  • A booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment as specified.

  • Customers will receive confirmation by email or SMS once payment is successful.

Payments

  • Payments are processed securely via our online payment gateway.

  • Prices are listed in AED and may include applicable taxes.

  • Kajoor Stables does not store customer card or financial details.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled package.

  • Late cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling is allowed subject to availability.

Refund Policy

  • Payments for packages are generally non-refundable, except in cases of force majeure or cancellation by Kajoor Stables.

  • If a package is cancelled by Kajoor, customers may request a full refund or reschedule.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must arrive on time and follow all safety instructions.

  • Kajoor Stables reserves the right to refuse service if safety rules are not followed.

Liability Disclaimer

  • Participation in riding activities is at the customer’s own risk.

  • Kajoor Stables is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages caused by non-compliance with safety rules.

Shop Products Policy (Launching Soon)

For Customers – Purchasing Products

By purchasing any product from Kajoor Stables (online shop launching soon), you agree to the following terms:

Orders & Confirmation

  • Orders must be placed through our official website once the shop is live.

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful online payment.

  • Customers will receive confirmation by email or SMS once the order is accepted.

Payments

  • Payments are processed securely via our payment gateway.

  • Prices are listed in AED and may include applicable taxes.

  • Kajoor Stables does not store card or payment details.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines will be shared once the shop launches.

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details at checkout.

  • Kajoor Stables is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or incorrect customer information.

Refunds & Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days if defective, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval of the returned product.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must review product details carefully before purchase.

  • Any misuse or mishandling of products voids return or refund eligibility.

Liability Disclaimer

  • Kajoor Stables is not responsible for damages caused by misuse of purchased products.

  • In case of manufacturing defects, liability is limited to product replacement or refund.
